Spicy Kitten

Spicy Kitten (she/her) is the self-appointed Chaos Coordinator of OKC Kink Weekend and recognizes that she takes on more tasks than anyone should reasonably be trusted with. As Event Producer, she oversees our vendors, hospitality suites, the silent auction, social media, graphics, brunch, keynote speaker coordination and a seemingly endless list of "one more thing" projects that, thankfully, the rest of the board finds entertaining more often than not. If you are attending OKC Kink Weekend and need help, chances are you'll cross paths with Spicy at some point. She believes community leadership means being accessible and is always happy to help attendees, volunteers and staff throughout the weekend.

Spicy has been involved in the kink community for over a decade and has spent much of that time actively engaged in the Leather community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for OKC Kink Weekend, support staff for Women of Drummer and previously served on the board of Austin Kink Weekend and Paws and Claws OK. Her passion for community building, education and creating welcoming spaces has followed her throughout her journey and continues to influence her work today.

Outside of the kink community, Spicy is a lifelong advocate for animal welfare with more than 20 years of rescue experience and over 300 foster animals having passed through her care. She sits on 2 Board of Directors in the Animal Welfare community. She is the author of MEOW: the kinky, quirky collection of a Leatherwoman. She is the artist and owner behind Spicy Kitten Designs, a community-driven creative brand that combines art, advocacy and a healthy dose of chaos. Whether she's organizing an event, designing graphics, rescuing animals or building community connections, Spicy brings creativity, compassion and just enough mischief to keep things interesting.
